DE Forum is a service of the Consumer Energy Council
of America (CECA), a non-profit 501c(3) organization
based in Washington, DC dedicated to developing
and promoting energy policies that are in the public
interest. This site has been developed to help consumers
better understand DE technologies, basic economic
factors, and regulatory and environmental issues
so that they can make informed decisions about whether
a specific DE technology is appropriate for their
needs.
